Ever since I swapped the H22A4 into my 4th gen Prelude, the car ran good for a week, then one of the cylinders died. Right now I'm running on 3 cylinders. I've replaced: Fuel filter, cap and rotor, distributor external coil, spark plug cables, spark plugs. Replacing these do not solve the problem. Is it possible because of the injectors (I'm using the OBDII injectors) or the fuel pump??

have you tried a valve adjustment?

put a long screwdriver to each injector and put your ear to the screwdriver and listen for ticking.

 

Remove the plug wire and check for spark. You'll either rule the ignition system out, or find the problem. Like 98vtec said, valve adjustment should be routine maintenance.

 

well i know you prolly have already done this but make sure the fuel injector to that cylinder is fully pluged in on top of the other checks. it wouldnt be the first time someone has done it.
