Default help...shock lower mount bushing broke off...pics inside

Hi, I own a 1996 Honda Accord non-Vtec 4cyl. I'm trying to replace my rear shocks and broke the 2 lower mounting bolts(the bolts freezed inside the bushings). So I pressed the middle part with the rubber bushing out and what is left behind is the metal O-ring from the bushing. I don't know how to get this O-ring out. I have tried using oversized socket and a 5-ton jaw puller to press it out but it broke my socket instead.

Anyone has any suggestions?

Thanks.

Dremel or small grinder or hammer and fine chisel with some finese, torch it out if available.
