Default Port and Polish in VA/MD ?

My all motor build is almost done, I just need to order my valves and have my head port and polished... Wondering if anyone has experience with any shops in the VA/MD area and about what price you paid..

to be honest i live in va also and i would just pay the shipping and have someone thats a expert do it. endyne, portflow,RLZ,are some of the best. also combustion contraption on here does some great work also as ive seen pics of his work. my head is going to portflow soon through laskey racing, but im only getting the supertech valvetrain and 3 angle valvejob,no p&p

I have your same setup supertech valves, springs, retainers.... but i do want the p&p

inline goes through tom at portflow,i think. inline can build/tune some nasty setups but engine building and head porting are 2 different things. i am a big fan of inline cause thats who will probably tune my motor

So I am still looking for a place

Dont make your decision just based on geographical location. If youre scared of shipping your head, dont be. Its not rocket science.

If you want serious , serious flow/potential HP, and dont want it back the next day, look up Brad @ RLZ (username is Max_CFM on this site.) If youre looking for some good power for a DD street car, but dont want to break the bank, and need it done quickly, Portflow could do it.

I refuse to shamelessly promote myself. Oh wait, did i just do it?

Never heard a bad thing about Brad's porting! And has them IN STOCK!

Don @ DFE is someone else I'd recommend! I'm waiting to see how my head from Rocket & DFE is going to perform.

i know but im saying it seems that when high quality heads are discussed you get portflow, endyn, rlz, etc. it doesnt seem like head games is mentioned as much. Im asking is there a reason for that ?
