What? Do you ever type like a normal individual? WTF is a LSVTEC conversion kit?

OP, your best bet is to get a B16 head because they're both more plentiful and cheaper than the GSR heads, and a B16 tranny (see previous statement). Unless you're straight ballin', then pick up a B18C5 head and an ITR tranny w/LSD.

B16 and B18c5(type-r) have the same combustion chamber sizes, the GSR head is the only one that is different so there really is no point to get a type-r head if your going to be uping the valve train anyways. b16 head are alot cheaper

the only difference between a type r head and a b16 is that the type r has a slight hand port job done at the factory and different internals. go b16

Shows you how long it's been since I've built a motor.

The last time I touched something like this was my buddy's CRVTEC we swapped back in 2002. Old Skool y0!

LOL, that swap ended up costing him around $8K back then, it can be had for at least half that nowadays. And oh, god, the horror of the neon paint colors. So many yellow Hondas were running around this city it was sickening.

LOL! I remember my first B16 swap back in 2000, I was the coolest and fastest kid on the block running high-14 second passes.

Pshhhht, I lost my v-card at 14, dude.

But yes, I thought I was GOD at 19 for having a B16-swapped hatch. I was really cocky until I got my *** handed to me by (no joke) a WS6 T/A.
