Default spark plug gaps? NGK V-power

im biulding my d16y8 turbo and am wondering what to gap my V-power plugs at... 6PSI ill be running

.030 should be fine. If you notice breakup at higher RPM's try .028.

thats about right. at that boost i dont think youll be blowing out the spark.

i dont mean to thread jack but i dont want to start another thread with the same question but im running a mini-me with built head and running about 8-10 psi should i gap my plugs to .28 or does it change with my setup
