great products and great prices, but they wont ship to a different address than billing. i understand the intent, for the customer's protection, but when you work during fedex/ups delivery hours it makes it hard to get a package.

Bought a muffler, had a slight problem with their paypal set up...ended up having to call and talk to an employee. But he helped me out and fixed it. Got the muffler very quickly too.

Had to create a fake invoice as well to get them through customs without paying them 39% fees on about $400 worth of DVD's.

Awesome service from the multiple orders I've made. I'm about to order JDM thin side moldings today from them as well. They're the only ones I found that carry them for a coupe.

Their prices are great, however I have sent them a few emails with questions and either got no response or one very late. I think that communication with customers is just as important as product pricing and shipping speed. I have bought from them since, and would do so again.
