There are tons around, I'm not going to dig up a bunch of links for you, but I'm sure you'll get some response in here pretty quickly... also looks through the first 4-5 pages here, there are quite a few posted for sale.
17K ? You just opened up your doors to almost every single one I know for sale right now.
If I were you (being from Seattle myself) I'd pick one on the other side of the US. Purchase and drive that sucker back. Makes for plenty of time to get aquainted with your new 'girlfriend'...since your going to be in her quite a bit.
I bought mine in Georgia and had the sickest road trip I've ever done.

I kinda wish to stay locally here in Seattle and maybe Oregon but have no luck finding one and now im starting to run out of time, sold my last car on Friday
Well...look at this logically. If there are none for sale in Washington and Oregon then you naturally have to expand your radius. If you're a trooper you can drive from the East Coast straight to Seattle in four days. Trust me
Yeah, just fly out to pick it up, get all the info and pictures you want of said car you could possibly want, and buy a one way ticket to go get it...

Edit...My car has seen salt about 4 times and was washed immediately afterwards every time.

I keep getting a lot of feedback on buying a car from the east coast, basically not to buy it due to rust....any thoughts on this? Most of the cars have a little rust...i guess what do you look for to see if the car is really f'ed due to rust?

I am on the east coast....literally the beach....
none of the 3 itrs I have owned have had rust....
I would be more concerned with a northern east coast car than anything from the Virginia border down....
Unfortunatley, they use salt up north to melt the snow, not sand.....
also, it does not snow as much here....

I replied to your PMs, but I don't think you can recieve them since you're a trial user.
(11:38 AM 9/4/2007) Erik95LS: worried about rust?
(11:40 AM 9/4/2007) Erik95LS: any car south of Pennsylvania or Ohio shouldn't have any problems with rust. There are lots of cars in the snowy areas north of there that will not have any problems either just so long as their owner took good care of them. Cars that drive on salty roads and their owners don't clean them regularly or just let the salt residue sit on the chassis for weeks or months then your car will be more likely to rust, even then its not hugely likely.
If you're considering a car from the east, just talk to the seller and find out how it was cared for in the winter.
(11:41 AM 9/4/2007) Erik95LS: if they washed the stuff off fairly regularly, then i wouldn't really worry.

I wouldn't eliminate an entire coast because of salt fears. There are plenty of Rs whose owners keep them in immaculate condition. I've seen one PY locally (see wintry ol Buffalo) that is in minty showroom condition except for the 18" ricer wheels.
You know why? BECAUSE HE DOESNT DRIVE IT IN THE WINTER! Salt doesn't stay on the roads year-round.
Keep an eye out for the famous rear wheel well quarter panel rust spot. GL

Hey i'm on the east coast and I have what your looking for. I can see you iffy about buying from the east coast, but I have everything that you listed and are interested in. If you want shoot me an email pytyper1329@yahoo.com thanks
I'm in the South and mine has never seen the snow. It doesn't snow in Alabama. My car does have 86k but it's been well taken care of. I'm only asking $14,500 obo and you get alot of Comptech aftermarket items as well as all the orginial parts. Plus I've got the original window sticker, invoice, and original brochure. Title is clean and in my possession. Here's a link to my ad and I'm putting the original tires and rims back on it tommorrow.
