Default Yet another, noob question (PLEASE HELP!)

Hey, my cousin has a 2000 Honda Prelude with a JDM h22 swap, today it turned off by itself, and after we managed to turn it on, it turned back off when he accelerated, also when he popped the hood it smell a lot like gasoline, im thinking its one of his fuel injectors or the fuel rail...any ideas? (sorry if im not explaining myself very good)

Fuel injectors won't make it turn off by itself....it's probably the ignition switch. There's a recall on them and it's not uncommon for it to go bad over time.

It's located on the opposite end of the cylinder you stick the key into.

what kind of fuel pressure are you getting at the fuel rail?
could be flooding the injectors.
does it turn over with no problem?
are you getting good spart?
check the coil. check to make sure all the grounds are hooked up.

Do tell....

Explain what 'flooding the injectors' means....it's not a carburetor.

well pressure should be between 35 - 41 psi at the fuel pressure regulator is what i ment to say. maybe you are not getting enough pressure. sorry, i need to lay off the late night drinking and typing. hahaha I was thinking of the B20A3 motor that i used to have, don't know why.
