If you're asking what you need to convert from OBD0 to OBD1...
[ OBD1 ECU ]
[ OBD0-OBD1 CONVERSION HARNESS ]
[ OBD1 INJECTORS ]
[ OBD1 DISTRIBUTOR ]**
[ OBD1 4-WIRE O2 SENSOR ]
lose the resistor box and splice the wires together and you're good to go.
there's writeups all over this site just hit "search"
**I used my original OBD0 wiring harness so I had to cut off the OBD1 connectors and solder on my OBD0 ones so it can plug up nicely.

you can run the obd0 injectors as long as you have the resistor box. but nobody cares.
i think he is saying he would like to do a full write up on his obd0 to obd1 project.
