Yes, they make bolt in mounts go to http://www.hasport.com/ for them. And there's someone in this forum that has a b18c5 in his EF, I'm not sure of his name though. You might want to just do a search for it.

i'm pretty sure you can use your mounts and just shim down the motor with some washers on the side mounts. only difference is deck height by a very small amount

If you already have a B16 in your EF, you don't need to change the mounts.
Use all the brackets on your B16 and transfer them to the 1.8
I did that, and all I had to change was the Thermoswitch wiring since the B18C5 has it at the thermostat housing, while the B16 has it at the back of the block.
You can use the US hood, but you will need to remove the underhood support
right over the valve cover.
Good luck, you will love the 1.8 on your CRX.

i would try to run the C5 trans, there was a guy on here that had made a bracket that turns the clutch cable sideways and makes it act like a slave cylinder. you could run your B16 trans as well.

if you have the wiring already then you'll just have to worry about the hood clearance... 7mm worth

wiring? just use the b16 distributor... its white plug and the type R should be grey plug.... uhmmm hood clearence? is the type R anything like a b20 VTEC cause a freind of mine toke out his b16 and installed a b20 and still used the place racing mounts he had for the b16 mounts in fine and hood shuts.... as far as the tranny goes... try to use the R tranny due to the fact its LSD... if you have a LSD s1 or y1 use that... simple and you can still sell the R tranny to someone

the easiest way to put a B18C5 in your car is to use all the OBD-0 sensors that are different duh! use the B16A1 distrubutor, D16A6 or B16A1 injectors, obd-0 coolent sensor and then you don't have to do any wiring other then VTEC. my sugestion is to get a PR3 chipped that dosn't use the knock sensor, governor and secondary O2. thats what i am going to put in soon and I think it should work fine!

just get a Type R longblock and transfer all your sensors, fuel injectors etc from the B16A.
