honda MTF.
on the labels of those things it should say "not for honda cars" or something, i was looking for power steering fluid and it had the label on it

Everyone has had different success with different transmission fluids, however, the consensus here is Honda MTF. I use Honda MTF just because I drive a Honda and it's cheap.
I used to run GM Synchromesh Friction Modified in my track car with really good results. I was really surprised at how well Royal Purple Max Gear worked in my transmission. I've decided to use the rest of my GM Synchromesh stock on the street cars, and start using Royal Purple.
