i have a 01 honda prelude and i am taking out the ac (the ac dose not work) and i need a smaller belt but when i call kregen ex thay say thay don't make it what can i do?

Cut your current belt and wrap it around the crank and alternator pulley and mark how long your new belt needs to be and go to the auto parts store. Be sure to mention how many ribs it needs to be. Common sense.

 

37" if i remember correctly just get the right width

 

do u know for positive it is 37in

 

rap a string around it and mesure it. thats what i did. give the parts store the measurement and the width that u need and the will give u a belt. that what i did. but i have an underdrive pulley so my belt size wont help u.

Don't be lazy, just go measure it.

 

i had a 36 on mine. Make sure its a 6 rib belt also
