broken headlight
Ok, after numerous attempts to adjust my headlight, I now believe it is broken. The black plastic piece to where the bulbs go into has alot of play. The left side does not. These are from a '99 Integra if it matters. It seems as if the whole plastic black part has separated from the rest of the assembly and moves around freely. Please let me know if there is someway to tighten this down. i'm going next week to the dealership to see what they can do.. those things run upwards of $400 at the dealership
Does anyone have any suggestions on how i could fix this? Can I just buy the black plastic piece alone? TIA

Honestly, i wish it were a warranty issue. I did mention that these headlights are from a '99, but I didnt mention that my car is a '95, and that i just had the 98+ conversion done. I wanted to see if you guys think there is any hope for the headlight or if I should just get ready to dish out some cash for a new one. The alignment isn't horrible.. I'd say 6 inches lower (at a distance of 10 feet).
Someone else had this same problem recently. I recommended superglue or epoxy. I don't know what the outcome was. If you are going to have to purchase another potentially, then it won't hurt.
Hopefully it is the right headlight, since that one is cheaper when you only buy the unit instead of the assembly.
