pistons for d15b

pistons for d15b
I have searched with no luck on my question.
Recently we swapped a JDM d15b into my brothers 88 CRX. Well after many attempts to get it running I gave up and gave it to my brothers friend to finish. Somewhere along the way we found there to be a hole through the number 1 piston. The head is allright, the cylinder walls are fine. Just the piston is done. My question is: are pistons from the stock d15b2 interchangeable with the JDM d15b? Thank you
