well i got a b18c 9.1 compression,

the problem is the motor is on time but the car runs like **** unless the distributor is advanced almost all the way.

if i take it back even a little the car lags bad??? any ideas? also has aem cam gears but there zeroed out!

 

also the plugs look like the motors not getting enough fuel!!!!

 

check your timing on your timing belt? TDC the crank and gears and go from there

 

Use a timing light, dont just spin the distributor and guess.
