Default Swap or rebuild?

My 92 prelude S has 170k and still going ok, but cause the mileage is so high I,m thinking of doing a swap or rebuild. I'm not interested in racing my car or speeding but I guess a little more hp won't hurt, but I'm more concerned with reliability.

Any one out there with some advice or feedback?

Well, you could get a JDM engine for relatively cheap with low miles, and most anything would be better than your SOHC . There's the F22B (H23 replacement) with DOHCs and 160hp and the H22 with DOHCs, VTEC and 200hp.
