Default should i buy a prelude or a nissan maxima?

ok, ppl at the moment i drive a honda accord 1994, and since ya'll in this section own and drive preludes i thought i'd ask. what kinda of bad and goood experiences have ya'll had with 'em, cause as the title states i'm lookin' to get a maxima or a prelude 5 speed tranny, so everyones opinion would be greatly appreciated.

ARE U SERIOUS? lol forreal.. maxima might have +1 pt for 4door... but other than that.... nah not even. im gonna have to say GTFO. and im a very nice guy

honda > nissan

and i forgot if it was the maxima (do your hw since im not gonna ever look at a maxima/altima) but one of the nissans run on one single gear or something.. go testdrive and see what suits you better.

It's a Prelude forum, everyone is going to say Prelude.

How about this, I valet, so I drive tons of cars every day, plenty of Maximas and plenty of ludes as well on top of mine. Do not buy a maxima!!!! They are piles of shieeet that fall apart! The build quality and parts quality sucks!

dude go ask the maxima owners, (assuming they have enough support to form a forum.) i bet even they would tell u the prelude's better. or they'll have some guy and his slap on untuned turbo tell u that he dusted a hella JDM prelude once, which would be our broken auto breeds.

the only thing about a maxima thats better than a prelude is the fact that when u buy that pos, it'll cost u less on the spot. u'll pay more when some of that fine nissan engineering explodes.

Preludes are nice cars but none can even compare to level of refinement of my Maxima..

I had a 2nd gen lude which gave me 5 and a 1/2 years service. Besides routine services all i ever had to fix was the clutch and the timing belt. For an old car it was super reliable. My 4th gen i have had for nearly 4 years and besides routine services and a new condenser fan its been super reliable also. I would recommend honda to anyone who likes quality and reliability. Maximas are not even in the same class as ludes ride wise, they are for people who like to drive a lounge chair on wheels. They have all the **** but there not like a prelude in terms of handling or awesome styling as far as i am concerned. You need to decide what suits you best.

Well the maxima is kind of a kiddie carrier. If your looking forward to kids get the Maxima. If your looking for a car that will get you attention and get you places faster, get the LUDE!!!!!!!
