Default Putting a Half-Size Radiator into my Integra...

...And had a buddy fab up these mounts for me.

Should I be worried about the gap between the fan?

It is very very sturdy and I would like to leave it the way it is.

I would build a shroud around the fan to the edges of the radiator. Simple aluminum work.

And here's my progress in 10 minutes of trying.

Very very simple. pretty straight forward.

Take the old one out, slip new rubber onto the new radiator.

Sit in place, tighten the crap out of the worm gear clamps.

Flip over the radiator stay.

Drill and tap new hole (yet to be done)

Fill with coolant.

Check fan.

Free'd up some rooom for the upcoming turbo.

Drive.

Looks good. I plan on doing this also with the mishimoto half stack, with the fan and mounting bracket made by nuekin.

Also I always wondered, where did you get your ground that is above your power steering pump. I want to replace mine with something similar like that. Where do you get it from ?

Civic cap does not fit.

Went and bought one to make sure, I got the OE on on for now with a hammer. Drove it until it warmed up, and no leaks so far. Just have to fix the ghetto radiator stay.
