Could you be a little more specific plz?
If it's not turning over, I would think about the alternator being the problem.
Also, it could be a blown main relay.

i will turn my key , and push in my clutch ,and it will not turn over make any noise period all i hear is a click when i turn my key all the way on the passenger side. the main relay is under my steering wheel or under the hood next to the battery?
Consult the Haynes/Helms manual, but I think it's under your steering wheel. No worries, finding it's the most complicated part. It's a nothing component that just matters a lot. Pretty cheap to get a replacement, and easy to replace.
However, you should still check your alternator.

no offense to anybody but if all it does is click and not turn over then your problems are going to either be lack of cold cranking amps on battery (which you say is good) a bad starter, bad grounds, or bad hot wire to starter. starter has two wires one is fat and is hot alll the time cause it take alot of amps to turn the motor, the other wire is thin and carries 12v when key is turned to start position. if it clicks that is the sound of that 12v hitting solenoid which is good cause you can elminate ignition switch and that wire. so then you go to the fat wire you need to check it for voltage drop by checking voltage at battery lets say its 12.5 then check voltage at starter (make sure to use the same ground, prefibly battery ground) and lets say voltage at starter is 11.5 then you lost a 1v across the wire and means there is excessive resistance on wire and cant carry enough amps to turn starter. then when checking grounds put black lead on battery negitive and then red lead on engine if there is any voltage then you know you have a bad ground and then need to perform same test on each individual ground untill you find which one it is more than likely all you need is a starter but test should be performed not only to save yourself time of R&R of alternater but make sure you buy the right part the first time. I would only be looking at the Alt if the battery is dead, cause alt. has nothing to do with start up it just charges system while running.

*sigh*
Your main relay works your fuel - it has nothing to do with whether the engine turns over or not.
It's a ground related issue, your battery has insufficient power, or your starter fried.
EDIT:
It could also be a shitload of other things such as your clutch switch or something stupid.
Take your starter to autozone and have 'em test it..
Jump the positive lead to the battery and ground out the negative - see if it starts.

thnx for suggestions i have already taken my starter to autozone and it checked out.my main relay is fine it clicks twice.by battery is fine i tested it.i also forgot to say that i tried to get a jump and that didnt work. but i did manage to pop the clutch and it ran fine the lights did not dim so that rules out a faulty ground. but it did not turn on again after i got home
