no joe didn't tune it someone else did. what about the tuner series stage 3? what do you think about them.

I was also thinking about changing the intake manifold to a jg victor x and bigger throttle body. would there be any gains.

imo s2s3 are still too big for a stock head, but thats me. If you are staying w/ stock head, s2 stage 2's would be a good choice. If you get a P&P head then skip the stage 3 and go toPro1 or pro2.,,,, keep the itr manifold and get it ported and port match a 68mm tb. You asked me for my thoughts, I gave them. Good luck.

get a port and get some pro2's. that would be your best overall gain. port match the intake mani to the head and get a 68mm throttle body and port match the manifold for it. ull see some really nice gains that way.

People forget that stock Honda heads flow pretty well as they are and "porting and polishing" is not an absolute requirement to make power, especially for street daily driven cars. If you were racing A LOT and were looking for max power I would consider porting the head but it is my personal belief that most people really don't need it or at least put too much emphasis on having it done.

S2S3's aren't the best choice of cams for your setup, I'd think the pro 1 / M22xx would be good choices for you and make great power. You're still only a 1.8L so the pro 2's might be a little bigger than you need/want.

BC 4's have a larger primary lobe than the S2S2's but the exact same Vtec lobe so they should make better low to midrange but equal top end to the S2S2's. Pro 1 style cams with their newer technology (profile) would be a better overall choice and should make more power overall.

i say skunk pro1 FTW! if you had a 2.0 you can even go with pro 2's with a unported head and still some nice gains!

y dont i believe that the skunk2 pro2's are the same as the bc4's aside from the larger primaries??? so ur telling me that the skunk2 pro2's are a 302-306 degree cam and have a 12.xx mm lift??? last time i checked skunk2 didnt make anything that large and skunk2's primary lobes imo are weak. are they really that big????

o and bc4's need a high comp ratio to really make power i would use them unless i was in the 12.0 or higher range. but thats just me

skunk 2 stage and pro series cams are two completely different cam profiles..so do some research before you start talking nonsense
