Help my engine is leaking oil!!!!!!!!!!!
Inside my LS on the bottom left side of my valve cover. It leaks oil from the tip where the valve cover ends till the block where my engine code is.
Is there some sort of rubber seal I'm suppose to replace? If so is it easy for a newbie tech or should i go out to the shop and let them take care of it?
If so then how much would it run me?
thanks ahead of time.

Yeah take off the valve cover and replace the valve cover gasket ($20) spark plug gaskets ($4) and cam seal ($15). That should do it.
i disagree. that is usually the cam seal.
Wow, here is a quick search I did on the STR cam seal install.
