Do thery really have to be pressed out?..or do they have a clip and i can hammer them out?..to install the new ones shoud i hammer them in with a brass hammer or should i press them in?...anyone done these before?

 

just remove the large c clip and hammer the **** out of it.

 

Yep big hammer and u can get that out. No as easy and pressing it out but with some work can be done. And with the last few built we hve done and when we replaced a few ball joints what has helped us . But the new ball joint in the frezzer. Reason being as most should know metal will contract when cold . So when time to go it i allways put a lil oil around the ball joint for some lubrication. Then hit it in.
