grill question

ok i have a 96 hatch with the original front.... would i be able to throw a 00 si grille on it or will only 96-98 grills fit???? i always wanted to know that because the grills look the same shape and size to me

99-00 civic grills are different from 96-98.

you can use the 99-00 only if you do the whole front end conversion

Apparently you've never seen a '96-'98 parked right next to a '99-'00. The '99-'00 grille is noticeably shorter and wider than the '96-'98.
