Default Vibrateing brake pedal

is it normal for your pedal to kinda vibrate when you apply the brake at a high speed?

Nope sounds like you have a warped rotor/rotors.

Your pads might be wearing unevenly also.

and if it's not the pads/rotors, it could be a tie rod end, or a wheel bearing thats jacked.

^^^Yep just check the rotors and pads first then move on up by expense to save money.

Becasue realy if you just replaced the brakes and rotors and its doing it thats probably not safe.

if the rotors were just replaced it may be that they are not sitting flush on the hub.
