Gsr Not Running Too Good

Gsr Not Running Too Good
i have my timing at 16' BTDC with the cam gears limed up and it fell like no power throughout 3-7 rpm's. what could i do to get it to run good/better? and my dizzy is advenced a lil bit just to get it to run how i is now..... but it still runns like ****. Any Suggestions Would Be Great.

Ok well the cam gears line up but how about the crank position is it in btdc? also was the engine runing good before? and what is it the last thing you did to it before it started acting up?

ok so now its like at 17'. it runs alot better but i cant really hear vtec or the IAB openin up. what is the colors of the wires on the IAB clip. what color wires is on top, and the bottom one? also while u look at those two wire colors whats the colors of the evap purge solensoid.(i think they are left and right instead of top and bottom tho). but when i turn my car on the IAB opens up then closes. it it supposed to do that?
