Default quest for 2500 pound lude?

what would be the best way to get a VTEC model lude to 2500 pounds without having to do a serious weight reduction i.e racing gas tank, light-weight doors etc..........

off the back of my head........
1. carbon fiber hood
2. spare tire and carpet
3. PS, AC, Cruise, Charcoal canister

traction bar, wheels, gutted interior, race bucket, no exhaust, sound deadening.

You wont have anything in the car. Everything that is there will be to only make the car function. No accessories whatsoever.

2,500 lbs w/o driver would be quite easy if you don't mind gutting the interior. My track car is less than 2,500 lbs without me in it, and it has a full cage.

That is why they were put there.

The balance shafts only weigh about 8lbs, so there's little to gain from removing them other than 5hp and slightly quicker revs. The manual tensioner comes off an H23 and will hold up over time better than the auto tensioner on the H22. All of this can be found by SEARCHING
