what year GSR's are OBDI or OBDII

i need a OBDII GSR engine so its nice and easy to swap into my 99 Ek and i have a freind with a wrecked integra thats a 96, but im not sure if its OBDII Or OBDI. someone told me before what they were, but i was unable to find that post and needless to say i forgot. thanks to all that let me know.

OBD 1: 94-95
OBD 2a: 96-98~99
OBD 2b: 98~99-01
I've heard different stories about when they switched to OBD 2b...
but it's around those years.
