Now here's what I have for it, all this stuff is already sitting next to me (1), on the way (2), or I will have the money for in the next month (3), or I will get within 3 months. (4)

Hopefully break 11's on slicks and gutted...Car weighs 2075 right now, but I still can take out bumper supports, stereo, plus lighter hood, exhaust etc...for the track...so we'll see...

Here's my dilemna. I dont know if I should keep sinking money into this car. I've already spent around 9000 on this project, it doesn't help that I paid 4500 for the car. But still I've spent 4500 on the swap and suspension and stereo, and stupid **** like vision corners...

I have a dream. A 69' Mini with a b18c1 in it. I know it can be done, and I have someone to do mounts, wiring, and axles..But I'm also getting older (20), and I can't even take chicks on dates in this car. No a/c, hard *** clutch, interior vibrates cus motor mount inserts...Plus I live in Miami so it's hot as *****..

So...
1) Keep hatch, make a nasty all-motor block after the above future plans are fulfilled. And buy an EF or CRX w/ A/C as a daily driver/beater
2) Keep my hatch streetable (and just work on looks after the motor mentioned above is built)
3) Sell the hatch and buy a Mini, swap it, and buy a EF/CRX beater.
4) Finance a 03 VW GTI 337
5) Finance an s2000 (slow and not modifiable, but it's a honda, it's a vert', and it's got HID's...PIMP!)

Help me out.

From what I know they're are like 5-10 pairs in the country. They stopped producing them in Japan in the mid 90's. My pair came from some carribean island in 94. Sat in a backyard for 4 years..then they were ugly and treated as beater rims on a prelude with huge bubble tires. Then I got them, cleaned em up a bit, and put some low pro's and slammed my hatch on them, and everyone has wanted them since.

They are for sale, if someone really wants them and will give me a good deal for them. Perfect shape, spent $500 a month ago getting them repainted, straightened, machined etc...they had some corrosion from being in a backyard for 4 years..they are MINT now! Plus 99.9% new Tires on them. 100mph balanced too.

I got my Mugen front lip and rear lip for my car painted and all. I will have to set up a thread like yours. Thanks for the pics and nice write up.

The car is impressive, I'm sure it moves pretty quick as well. It's nice to see a reasonably stock looking hatch, that is modified in the areas that count. Nice hybrid.

other then the fact that the brake cylinder and everything is swapped, and the throttle cable is wrapped around, thats a dead give away, but yes i wish possessed such shop skills

its a ******* honda, drive the **** out of it, track race it, and most of all ENJOY IT.

i love hondas...my instructor at NASA was a professional SCCA GT4 driver and drove CRXs for 10 years. he now drives Porches but told me he always has a special place in his heart for the little FF 4 bangers from japan. he took my car around the track and did things i never knew it could do. I would say the next big thing to do with your car is LEARN HOW TO DRIVE IT...then you will have a whole new appreciation of what you have built.

You're missing one very important and useful item:

A limited slip differential.

I would never sell that, I love that fact that my car is now paid off and I can do whatever I want. Build the motor, tune that beast and look for a old toyota truck with A/C or whatnot. Selling that to some no good kid is a terrible Idea.
