Default chipped p28 or p72

Which ecu is best to work with a ls/vtec setup? and why??? currently have greddy Headers, apexi cat-back, rc injectors 310cc, aem fuel rail, regulator & cams...

Need some help fellas!!!

chipped p28, but get it custom chipped for your setup (there are many places that can do it) and socket it

chipped p28...and get it tuned, especially since its a lsvtec set up, your running bigger injectors and you have aftermarket cams. Which head are you using though?

yes, but honestly..the obd1 p72 ecu is actually worth more as a stock ecu than it is chipped. Plus its a little harder to find. The p28's are abundant and cheaper.....its more cost effective I suppose

really you could use any obd1 ecu. p28's are just easier to find and a lot cheaper.

no wonder p28's are so commonly used

Whichever cost less. They will be the same after you chip it.

a p72 has a knock board for the knock sensor. but you can disable it using just about any engine management. and it can control iab's if you're still using them.
