Blueprint???
Do you guys usually have your fresh built blueprint or its not necessary??? I have it blueprint the first time but now i have to re-built it again and im not sure if i wanna pay the 1000$ for it again!!!

any build should be measured as if its a brand new build. tolerances change after use. You can take a chance on assuming that everything is still the same clearances and uses the same bearings, etc. but the proper way should be to act as if each rebuild is a new build. It also depends on why you are rebuilding it. If its gone through alot of wear and tear? spun bearing? detonation? etc...

Yeah only one...piston #4...my sleeve were not crack but still have to go 82mm!!!

All the exhaust valve touch the top of the piston...i have a lot of debrits of the 4 destroyed velve and the piston too...they say i dont have the choice and go 82mm...and i have to change the rod of the destroyed piston too...all other 3 were untouched

If you're interested, I have a brand new set if 82MM RS Machines ITR pistons, brand new Swirl Polished vavles from SI Industries, they are a Southern California manufacturer for race car components, stock gsr rods, type r/gsr acl bearing set, type r/gsr arp rod bolts, everything brand new, was gonna rebuild my other 98 gsr block. But now i don't have time cause of school. Let me know if you wanna buy any of this, i'll let it go for cheap
