Default New here, A20A3 help

Hey everyone, my names Craig. I'm new to the forums but not new to Honda performance, I've done a couple engine swaps into civics and crx's and also a turbo setup on one.
My question pertains to my circle track car, it's a 93 honda prelude but my sticking point is they limit us to a 12 valve head . Currently we're running the A20A3 with a ported and polished head, forged pistons and we also have to run a carb. The problem I'm running into is this is only a 2.0L motor and our class rules dictate a maximum of 2.5L, on top of that the ford guys are running truck blocks and getting around 2.7 liters out of that. We can also run a .450 lift cam and can get away with about .500 lift before the tech guys figure out what's going on. Currently we're down .7 liters and the most lift we can get is around .417 with a custom cam ground by Delta cams. Does anyone have a suggestion as to possibly swapping this head onto a bigger block/or a stroker kit and any idea who might make a cam or performance parts for this head. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Craig Wade
