if they break, take em back and get a new one, because autozone usually has a lifetime warranty on their axles right??

ive had a few buddies do that lol....run em on high hp turbo hondas and then if they snap, they just take it back for a new one

Once you return your 20th axle they ask dont let you return anymore to that store, so you have to drive to a different one.

Also pre-loading is key to making them last.

damn! definetly didnt expect em to be that strong lol.

yeah they have the lifetime warranty, but i dont want to get stuck changing one in the parking lot at the track haha (even tho theres an autozone 15 minutes away)

do you guys do any certainamount of preloading or just any will do it?

autozone axles for me

you just have to load the car. when you dump the clutch thats when most axles break.

hold up the ebrake, and step on the gas to your launch rpm, then begin to slip the clutch until you just start to feel it pull on the brake. lught turns gree, and you drop the brake and go.

yes it takes alot of seat time to beable to cut a light while pre loading, for me anyway. I hade sstock axles with 600whp for over a year, and only broke 1 then again i had a twin disk clutch.
but im making 400whp on my street car with a exedy stage2 and havnt broke any with over 30passes and no pre loading/
