Default Did I get ripped off? (ebay O2 sensor) update w. pic of replacement

I bought a (supposedly) Denso O2 sensor on ebay for $25 shipped. I wondered whether the price was too good to be true, and now that I have it in hand, I'm questioning whether I got the real thing. The part I have has no markings on it whatsoever, not around the body of the sensor, nor on the wires. I can maybe get a pic up, I'll work on that.

Was I baited with Denso and switched with a cheap Chinese fake?

the same thing happened to me. It is definitely not a denso part. I ordered one for my wife's Lexus since those cars appartently only use Denso. Even though it is not Denso, it works (so far)
I left negative feed back, I didn't like the bait and switch deal.

if they don't have great (not good) feedback and dont have pictures of the o2 with the word DENSO on it, dont ***** with them. eBay will give u the slap of reality if you just "trust everyone"

Bah. I thought I was thrifty, but it looks like I was just being cheap. So should I use this no-name part, or should I cough up the cash for an authentic made-in-Japan unit?

I got another one in the mail from the same guy, and this one looks much more like the real thing, but I'm still suspicious. You guys think the second one looks legit?

If you mean the bottom one, then yes, it is legit. I bought a genuine Denso and looks exactly the same as yours. Same wire protective covering.

Yeah, the bottom one. Thanks for the reassurance. Looks like it's time to break out the soldering iron and heat-shrink.
