Turn signal doesnt blink

Turn signal doesnt blink
My parking lights come on like normal when i switch them on and everything, just my blinkers L or R won't blink when i flip the lever. This goes for front and rear, the relay doesnt click either for either side.

hrmm, i dont know about that pigtail, what could go bad to prevent even the relay from ticking parts wise.
my fluid level is higher than normal but they say that is okay.

anyways...im a expletive face, my hazard switch was unplugged behind the climate console.
