hello my name is bryan and i was looking at this car for sale here are the specs


for sale is a 1993 turboed honda prelude. It has a h22a1 vtec engine in it and is running 8psi. The car has a full t3/t4 turbo kit, intercooler, wastegate, bov, p28 turbo mapped ecu, custom downpipe, autometer phantom II boost and volt gauges, full exhaust carbon fiber hood, momo trek steering wheel, momo shift ****, h.i.d headlights, euro tailights, jdm 1 piece headlights, lowered 2 inches, alpine type s rear speakers, full custom subwoofer enclosure with 2 amps and a 15" crystal subwoofer, and full alarm system. Car runs great and has great pick up. Now for the wrongs: needs hood pins, no radio, and new shocks. Car is a 5 spd and has 120k miles. $6500

does this sound like a decent deal ?

 

Since it is turbo'd I would find out if the current owner had the engine built and has the paperwork to show who did the work. If not, I would be worried about running a stock h22a1 for to long with boost.

 

Yeah, Iwouldnt pay 6500 for it.... KBB it, its probably worth less than 4 k.... Turbo shouldnt increase the price too much. maybe 5. probably quick as hell though, reliability? who knows.

 

well i was gonna trade him my street bike for it a 2005 gsxr 600 with a lot done to it custom paint, chrome etc.
