Default I have 2 dead cylinders, please help.

I have a boosted 99 si and I washed the motor this Monday. After washing the motor it started hesitating or stalling. Come to find out that the one and two cylinders aren't working. I changed the plugs and the wires with new ones, and it made no difference. I checked the plugs for spark and there is spark. I installed 2 dsm 395 injectors from an automatic eclipse and stil no difference. I have dsm 450s injectors in it. Is there anything else that it could be? I don't have transportation now and have to bum rides to work please help I've been without my car since Monday.

I found out because when I disconected the 1 and 2 wire from the distributor there was no difference, then engine kept misfirring. But when I disconected the 3 or 4 wire the engine turned off since it can not run on just one cylinder. Thank you.
