Most likely the springs.. Why did you go with megans? get something like h&r or eibach.

i was told that all civic's/crx's of this year sit lower on the drivers side, you just don't notice it as much with stock springs.

I'll find out when i get stock si springs back on the car.

My H&R springs do the same thing, but i'm told it's just that the lower the car the more noticable it becomes.

Hope this helps.

Not from the factory. Think of it this way. Which side of the car ALWAYS has more weight? The driver's. Unless you always have a passenger, you will get sag eventually.

That isn't at all what an archived post from Tyson about installing brand new Tokico HPs and Sportlines indicates at all.

So i just installed a tockico system on my 91 si and i get some body roll on hard corners.

Everything else is stock on the car. Any suggestions?

Oh yea, and the exhaust rubs against the lower control arm making a horrendous noise. Once again any suggestions?

??

the point was the same. that all cars eventually sag on the drivers side.

the tokico springs arent that stiff. theyre good for the street tho.

to reduce body roll, you need to also consider swaybars. for the most part, i only recommend buying an aftermarket rear swaybar. and then finding bigger OEM front bar ONLY IF NECESSARY.

Eibach springs would be a better fit?

Also, about the exhaust rub. Is it possible to pull it closer to the body of the car? For now i ghetto rigged a towel to the control arm of my car but the noise still gets through. Has anyone heard of such a thing?

My 91 si used to sit lower on the driver side. Noticeably lower. But after the new suspension its even.

exhaust rubbing is common for those who put aftermarket swaybars and/or those copycat "full coilovers" with really large diameter lower cups. seeing that youre saying you just put illuminas on, im not sure why you have an issue. what swaybar are you using? what control arm?

the solution is to just bend the exhaust hangers anyway.

i like eibach pro kits. theyre arent super stiff. im really not sure if theyre any stiffer or better than the tokico springs.

i dont think you could have gone wrong with eibach pro kits and illuminas with a 22mm rear swaybar on a crx tho.

youll ALWAYS get body roll. you shouldnt expect to eliminate it, even with the highest spring rates feasible. just reduce it relatively.

dont wanna thread jack, but tyson, how much does the pro-kit honestly lower a crx. I have learned not to listen to websites or anything. Like 1.5, 2? I have em awaiting instalation, but if they only lower like an inch, then i am gettin the rear sports with adjustable perches to compensate. thanks, and yes mine sags on drivers side too

Take a car that weighs less than 2000lbs and add 200lbs to the driver's seat everyday for 20 years....yea it'll sag lol

The only aftermarket i have on the car is the illuminas. Everything else is stock and its not a crx its a si hatch. Would the 22mm sway bar still fit?

mine sags too, but on the passinger side, im running eibach sportline kit 1.5" drop in front with 1.7" drop in back, when I have a large passenger with me the front passenger tire rubs on the fender, for wheels I have 15 inch, 6.5 wide rims with low pro tires and makes the most horendus noise when it rubs, why would the passenger side sag but njot the driver side?
