Dremel out your existing sleeves (you may need a few extra drill bits) and then use super glue (seems to work the best) to glue the Darton sleeves in. After that go ahead and bore to desired mm and give it a light hone. YOUR READY!!
Please tell me your kidding? Do you have a machine shop in your garage? It absolutely amazes me when I see these kind of questons. They get better and better every day! So you want to install these sleeves yourself, huh? What machinery are you planning to use? SEND IT TO A PROFFESIONAL. You are not capable of doing this and niether is 99% of this forum unless you have access to the propery machinery and even then I wouldn't trust myself being that the tolerances are tight. I sure in the hell wouldn't want to experiment on my block for the first time. WOW</TD></TR></TABLE>
huh... who tell u i want do it myself! actually here in kuwait we didnt use japanese engine for racing so its the first engine i want make sure all work done right... ok i have one question is the big block sleeves same the honda block?

I'd still advise sending the block to Golden Eagle or Benson. If you really need directions I'm sure Darton has them to provide you.
how much power u lookin to make
alot of cars can (and have ) made 600whp on stock sleeves
(just a thought)
i went 1 1/2 seasons on 500whp, b16a,

It is nothing like doing sleeves in a v8 if the shop is telling you it is the same run far away. I spoke to a few domestic shops about doing sleeves in my motor. When they looked at the darton book with the tolerances they all just laughed and were like no way are we going to try that. Do you self a favor and save money, time and headaches and send your block to someone that does it. If you have darton sleeves send it to ERL. They will do a great job and you will not have to worry about anything.
Well since you're in Kuwait, its going to be difficult finding a reputable place to install your Darton Sleeves. Do you have the MID kit?
The best way is to contact a company out here in the US that can provide the block core for you and send it to you. We've shipped race engines to Dubai, Oman, Qatar, and other parts to Bahrain. If you are interested in getting a block sleeved, we can provide the block for you and do the whole sleeving installation here. I highly suggest NOT going to any machine shop and try to get this done. Its easier said than done and it can cause more problems in the long run if the sleeving is not done properly.

most shops will not install darton sleeves in a b20 even darton says not to do it they do not sleeve b20 blocks even if you send it to darton the only shops i know that sleeve the b20 block is us and benson if you want to send it to us pm me we ship all over the world
The best choice for you is to just buy a block from the US and get that sleeved. To send your block out from Kuwait and sent back to you will cost more than the block itself.
We have alot of B18A/B cores we can sleeve using MID sleeves and sent out to you. Like I said, we've shipped full race motors to your area so that wouldnt be a problem.

they are pretty much telling you to send your block and sleeves to someone who knows how to sleeve Honda blocks or just sell them and buy a sleeved block from a shop here in the states

I think what they were trying to tell you earlier is DON'T ship your block to the US. Just buy a sleeved block and have it shipped to Kuwait. Shipping would be too expensive. Sell your B20, B16, and sleeves to someone closer to you.

Wow, so much venom for offering a service. It would be different if they (GE) were a fly by night half-a**ed operation, but they actually are pretty good. They do good work and can get it to him.
I should say I'm not a GE fan-boy, but to me GE and ExospeedMarc gave him the best option.

we use different sleeves for the slandered b18 and the b20 but the only difference is that we use our big bore b18 sleeves for the b20 to start

GE hasnt done anything wrong....
