My turbo'd b16 went on the dyno today and we could not get it tuned because the tps was throwing a code and was showing 26% even when the car was not running. when i give it gas it does not change. i am running a 70mm bbk throttle body but that shouldn't matter. I tried changing it but i got the same thing. i checked the wires on the plug and they were at both at 5 volts. any ideas on what to do

 

Recheck the wiring to the tps possibly
