Default 2004 24' Homesteader Challenger enclosed trailer *LOADED* MUST SEE!

I'm selling my 2004 24' Homesteader Challenger enclosed trailer

I just recently installed:
4 new load C rated Carlisle tires
4 new springs rated for 8000 lbs GVWR
4 new bearing kits

The interior is finished:
-Interior walls painted white
-Insulated ceiling
-Bathroom board installed in ceiling
-Heat/AC installed (good enough to sufficiently heat and cool entire trailer)
-Exhaust fan (in and out function)
-4 12 volt flourescent lights with switches in "work area"
-3 12 volt dome lights in "living area"
-Converter/charger has been installed w/ fuses and breakers (this converts 120v power to 12v to run lights and exhaust fan and also charges marine battery when plugged into 120v power source)
-12 volt marine batter installed in storage chest (used to power interior lights and exhaust fan when not plugged into 120 volt power source)
-2 quad 15A outlets installed in "living area"
-6 duplex 15A outlets installed in "work area"
-1 quad 15A outlet installed in "work area"
-Microwave
-TV w/ antenna
-Refridgerator
-Cabinets and desk in "living area"
-Fold up work bench in "work area" w/ vise
-Spare tire holder with wheel/tire
-E-track installed in "work area"
-4 tie downs installed in floor
-Carpeted in "living area"
-U-Coat-It finish in "work area"
-Storage chest in "living area" can be used as a platform to sleep on top of

On the outside:
-2 duplex GFCI's installed on passenger side of trailer
-30A/125V trailer plug installed on passenger side of trailer
-There is a slight dent on the driver's side of the trailer. It's not terrible looking

This will also come with:
-10'x20' canopy with sides in storage cabinet
-It also comes with weights to hold down canopy
-Cushion to sleep on
-Halogen lights
-Another spare wheel/tire

Here are some pictures:

This trailer is perfect for someone who is looking to haul motorcycles/karts/dirtbikes/ATVs or Sports Racers/Legends etc.
The GVWR is a little on the light side. I was only hauling a Honda CRX and it was on the heavy side.

It's currently located in Pasadena, MD.

Feel free to call me @ 443-220-4019 or e-mail @ aj_nealey@yahoo.com if you're interested in looking at it or if you have any questions.

I'm asking $8000 obo

Please pass this on to anyone who you think my be interested.

Thanks for looking!
