Default How Do I Replace Crankshaft Pulley on H22

I've spent about 2 hours searching for this now... How do I loosen the tensioner so I can remove the belts and take off the crankshaft pulley?

Thanks in advance for your help!

If you have the tranny off, it's easy, jam a socket extension into one of the holes through the Flywheel into the block casting. Them just find the longest pipe, hook it up to the crank pulley bolt and stand on it
