Default Wiring new IACV

I Have just installed a new IACV on my manifold. I had to make a small round metal gasket to block the water from flowing into my throttle body. It is a cheap S2 knock off that has an air hole where there stock TB would allow coolant to flow. Everything runs great but my check engine light is on for IACV. The ecu probably thinks it is plugged and not working.

my question is now that it is installed:
Is there anyway to wire in a resistor(or whatever) to send the signal back to the ecu to show the IACV as being 100% and working properly.

if anyone can help or even point in the right direction i would greatly appreciate this. Thank you
