Default Too high engine oil temp? H23 VTEC

Hi all,
has anybody ever measured engine oil temp of H22 VTEC or H23 VTEC engines? I am asking because a month ago I made my H23 VTEC frankenstein and since than engine oil temperature is much higher than it was before. My temp sensor is in the drain bolt = lowest point of the oil pan and Im running Texaco Havoline Extra SAE 10W40 API SL/CF.
With stock H23 the oil temp were:
- low speed cruising = 90°C
- highway cca 80-90mph = 110-120°C
- track = 120-130°C

Now with H23 VTEC:
- low speed cruising = 100-110°C
- highway cca 80-90mph = 120-130°C
- highway cca 100mph and more = 130-140°C and more
- track = didnot try yet but it is not problem to get to 150°C with faster or more agressive driving style.

First I thought that higher temp is caused by unshielded exhaust header and manifold and because I used H22A4 aluminium oil pan but as I am thinking about it I dont think that this is the main reason... I think that most of the heat is added by oil squirters which cools pistons... Maybe there is something that Im overlooking...
Anyway I still think that 130-140°C and more in this measured point is too much for the engine oil. And thats what Im asking for: What do you think? Is it OK? Has anybody measured VTEC engine oil temp? Where is the problem?
Thanks

My setup:
H23A1 - block, crank, rods, flywheel (machined)
H22A4 - pistons, head, new valves + valve guides, intake manifold + TB, injectors, oil cooler, oil squirters, alu oil pan
H22A7 (ATR) - cams
ECU - P72 tuned

a few pics from build:

Is the coolant temperature the same? Is the H22 oil cooler any different than the H23 one?

Those temps are fairly high.

On my track car, I could get 260F (127C) easily within a couple of laps before I installed an oil cooler. I do not use the stock OEM H22 oil cooler. After I installed a 25 row Mocal oil cooler in front of the radiator, my oil temps are around 220F (104C) running WOT for a 20 minute session in 100F (38C) ambient temps.

I personally wouldn't want to see temps above 230F or so.

The oil cooler part numbers are the same between the H23 and H22 engines. That only leaves the squirters. Do the oil passages between the head and block line up properly in an H23vtec engine?

here they are, on the left is H22A4 oil cooler and on the right is H23A1 one. From H22 was a bit bigger in diameter and has more holes for oil...

I don't think that's a H-series oil cooler. Check slhondaparts.com and compare the part numbers. When I checked 95 H23, 95 H22a1 and 97 Base H22a4..I saw the same part numbers for all three: 15500-PT6-003

I can take a pic of my H23 oil cooler tonight if you want but I am pretty confident that the H23 and H22 ones are the same.
