you can't compare springs that do not have moving parts like a turbo kit.

i have heard both good and bad things about them, more bad than good. it's an expensive risk to take. certain things i feel are some what ok to buy as knock offs, but others like a turbo kit, well, you get what you pay for.

My friend bought one of those turbo kit off ebay for his 240sx and he got the car tuned to over 300hp he had the kit now for all most a year and it still running strong. Alot of people say they are garbage buy everyone i know that's done a ebay kit before say it not that bad of a kit just make sure when u get the manifold get it rewelded and have them try to add some kind of support for the manifold and make sure you take it to a good tunner

true because people have told me to piece one together but i dont want parts to not fit and just waste money to get some thing else cuz what i was thinking as just to upgrade the parts from the turbo kit as time go's on
im sure the ebay turbos cant be too bad. I havent purchased/used one, but i have a couple of buddies that have them, nothing bad has happened yet
just make sure you assemble it correctly and make sure everything is done right and im sure it will be fine.

You shouldn't be pieceing together a turbo kit without a game plan, at the very least your HP/TQ goals and a list of all the parts you need. If you're afraid of getting the wrong parts, you shouldn't be piecing together your own kit together, cause you don't know enough to be able to do that.

once again, ebay doesn't produce ANYTHING, its an auction site.
you can find greddy kits on ebay, or pieced together kits.
how bout you find a specific kit, find out what parts come with it, and research them.

yes we are aware of this, it is just a way to describe the cheap parts or kits that are sold on ebay, and i think this is what the OP was thinking too.

sounds like this guy just wants some cheap hp... doesn't want to research at all, just wants to buy a cheap kit and have someone do the install and tune it for him. Save your money and don't get it. Like others have said in this post, research, research, and more research. Unless you don't care about being broken down on the side of the road when your car stops running, then you wouldn't even know what is wrong or how to fix it because you didn't install it yourself. Don't skimp on parts, install it yourself with a trusty friend, and then take it to someone to get it tuned.
