I drive a 97 GSR and I've been getting a gargling noise from my intake. The first thing i did was take off the aem cold air to see if it was the intake, no dice. Even running an open throttle body it still sputters/gargles. I've been experiencing a serious loss of power and when i rev up my motor the RPMs drop drastically faster than normal after i let off the gas pedal. Also when it idles, it stays around 200 rpm.
Any help/suggestions on what might be the problem or cause of the problem ?

Sounds like IACV. When they are not working the motor can idle around 200 rpm.

 

if not the iacv try checking injectors, fuel filter, etc. injector might be stuck open or something along those lines.
