Default Hydro Tranny, DA halfshaft, what axle seals?

Well, I tried searching in the Hybrid Tech forum and this one.. current and archived content and never could find a good answer..

Brand new type r tranny and DA halfshaft and axles. Do I need to change the axle seals or not? I've heard mixed answers so far, I know someone here knows but I am prepared to be flamed..

TIA

passenger side seals all the same - driver's side seal if you have 90-93 intermediate shaft (female where axle goes in - male on axle) you need 90-93 seal - if you have 94up intermediate shaft (male where axle connects - female on axle) you need 94up seal

That's what I was looking for!

Thanks so much

I'll be swapping out the seal on the intermediate shaft side and leaving the other alone
