its really not hard to go to google and type in NGK and go to their website where they have a cross reference function

That's what the Honda Shop Manual (Helms) recommends for 5th generation Z6 engines.

i use ZFR6J-11, 'cause i have a Integra TypeR coil in distributer!
is it better to go on 7th grade or put Iridium?
that won't work, 'cause they have listed car types and sparks for them...but the alphabet goes by the car types, not sparks!

The OEM recommendation for an ITR is the double platinums:
ZFR6G-11
The ones you're using aren't even matched as an application for Honda or Acura.
