Well got my 89 accord and I can shift without pushing the clutch.
It's kinda a POS right now, doesn't start and is missing alot of the interior, but hey, it's a Honda and its a 5 spd, so I guess thats good for now and it has potential. Also was only $225. The interior isn't a big problem right now, just want to get the engine and tranny working right so I can at least drive it.
Heres a pic of it just before I bought it:

Also, the shifter moves without me having to push the clutch in. I can go through all the gears without once pressing the clutch, anybody know why it does that?

With the engine running? Maybe the clutch is so worn out that it's beyond slipping, it's permanently disengaged.
With the engine not running? Normal...

Oh, sorry. I've never owned a standard before and didn't know that. Sorry if it was a stupid question.
Also, where is the starter located at on 3rd gen accords? It needs to be replaced and I was wondering where it was located at. Sorry for all these stupid questions but I've never owned a Honda in my life and I want to get to know them better.

Hey, no worries. We all started out somewhere...
Here's the clutch housing, see the arrow pointing forward. So imagine you're standing near the left headlight. See the small-ish hole at the top? That's where the starter mounts. So it's on top of the tranny, just rearwards from center, but still on top. About beer-can sized (but laying down) with another smaller can attached.

Would I be able to see it by just looking under the hood or would I have to remove some things to get to it?
Also thank you for your help so far

Depends on what version (carburated, fuelinjected, ??). I'd have to look thru several different pictures to really answer. I guess you should be able to see it but maybe remove air cleaner or intake air duct or ??
It's an LX-i (fuel injected)
I just looked under the hood about where you said and I saw a can shaped object. I think it is the starter.
I put in a brand new battery earlier and for some reason the car doesn't have any power anymore. I think it may just be a loose connection somewhere but I'm not for sure. I'm going to be taking to to the shop pretty soon and I'm going to get the engine/tranny asessed (sp?) and see what all needs to be worked on.

Yay, the car almost started
.
Things are looking better. The only thing, sometimes when it tries to start, the Tachometer goes crazy and reads up to 4k RPMs. I think the car just needs a new starter and it will run.

Well, I'll give a little more information about the car.
The car had gotten water damage (not in the engine) and the guy that had it previously had driven it for about a month before he got a new car. After that he dropped it off at some place (where i got it at) and it had sat there for about a year and a half.
They were just going to junk the car since they didn't want it, but I saw the ad in the paper for it and decided to buy it because I've loved Hondas for a while and I was finally able to find one that was a 5 spd and would be great for a project car.
The gas that had been in the car had been sitting there for a year and a half so that could be the reason why the engine is running so shitty. I'm gonna drain the gas tomorrow and flush out the lines and put new gas in and see how it runs after that.
In order for me to get the car to start, I had to hit the starter with a hammer a few times and the engine eventually started to turn over, so I took my Ford Focus and used that to jump the battery a little and eventually the car started running, but it was only idling at about 400 rpms. I put it in reverse to see if I could move the car a little (my Focus was blocking it from the front) and the car just died.
Well thats the story about the car and if you have any comments or anything you can say to this, you'll have my gratitude

Banging on the starter to get it running basically proves the starter is bad. But all the other stuff is separate from the starter. You'll have lots of unrelated problems all piled up, & many of them will cause confusion when you try to figure something out.
You may have corrosion & crud in the gas tank.
That can plug up a fuel filter now that you're trying to run it.
Fouled plugs, age-rotted plug wires?
Maybe even light corrosion on cylinder walls creating excess friction?
