Default Anyone using an extended shift lever?

I'm interested in extending mines, but dont know how bad it would affect the throw. I know some of you have them in your cars. How do they feel? I thinking of extended the length by 1-2 inches. Thanks

if you think about it, the throw isnt gonna be longer or shorter if you just extend it or shorten it.

Actually if you think about it, it does change the distance that you have to move your hand to change gears. Ever heard of a leaver? increase the distance from the fulcrum you have to increase the distance at the end. While the actual distance of the throw is not changing, you are changing how far you have to move your hand.

These are supposed to be nice. It reduces the distance from the wheel to the shifter. The throw is supposed to be the same as stock because both sides of the lever are lengthened.
