Default trouble with transmission

HI I would like to know if I can put a 2003 or 2004 5 speed transmition in my 2002 civic. I have had problem with it coming out of 5 gear since I purchased the car, The dealer fixed it 2 times saying it was a bushing, now the waranty is over they say it is the syncronisers, I know the problem was fixed for 2003 and 2004. I want to kow if they can be installed and will all the sensores and linkage line up the same
Please get back to me a fast as possible as I have to get my car fixed soon I am tired of driving with only the first 4 gears.
